What is up with people spamming & hatching into other people's web sites. It is sad to see this. I would love to hear from you.... what do you think should be done with those who are guilty of hatching? What do you think the punishment she be?

Internet is worldwide. It goes from one country to another. Though history, many wars were fought, and many people died for what someone did other waters, or to another country. and the same can go with a hacker. I feel a hacker damages millions of dollars worth of people's software, or computers, and I feel they should be forced to be responsible to provide new computers, and the best spy ware available for their victims. also I believe if a hatcher's virus, goes to another country, they should be killed for treason. It sounds harsh, but taking their life is less then having millions killed over a world war because of what a hacker might of done.
This is my view point. I do not believe in making many laws, or punishing everyone to prevent someone from doing something wrong, but I do believe that people must be held responsible for there actions, and if they are hurting others, then do to others as you want done to you, and do what they asked.. .hurt them back (that way they can never hurt some one else.)
